某石化公司丙烷脱沥青装置丙烷罐使用了锌铝合金涂层防腐,2015年检查发现丙烷罐基体存在腐蚀裂纹,说明防腐失效。分析认为装置丙烷溶剂循环使用中累计大量的硫化氢所形成湿硫化氢酸性环境是重要的腐蚀原因;工艺操作中频繁放火炬泄压和蒸汽吹扫造成的防腐层热胀冷缩、冲刷磨损是另一原因;丙烷罐的制造、合金涂层工艺施工也是涂层防腐失效的诱因。建议丙烷罐基体金属和防腐层升级改造。
A propane deasphalting propane tank of a petrochemical company used a zinc-aluminum alloy coating to prevent corrosion. In 2015, it was found that there was a corrosion crack in the propane tank base, indicating the failure of the anticorrosion. It is considered that the acidic environment of wet hydrogen sulfide formed by accumulating a large amount of hydrogen sulfide during the recycle of propane solvent is an important cause of corrosion.
