对于资源投入强度的平衡,建筑工程项目群管理模式可以实现类似工厂化生产的效果,极大降低单个项目的生产成本,有助于实现低成本建造战略。项目群管理与项目管理的比较现代建筑施工企业大都不局限于某一地域,很多大中型的企业往往布局全国甚至往海外发展。在企业层面上对单一项目进行管控和协调,已经变得越来越复杂和繁琐。管控和授权的度不易把控,经常出现管得过死而僵化或授权过大而失控的现象。而项目群管理模式的出现,比较好地解决了这一问题。(见表1)
For the balance of resource investment intensity, the construction project management mode can achieve the effect similar to factory production, greatly reduce the production cost of a single project, and help to achieve low-cost construction strategy. Project Management and Project Management Comparison Most modern construction companies are not limited to a particular area, many large and medium-sized enterprises are often the layout of the country or even overseas development. Regulating and coordinating single projects at the enterprise level has become more complex and cumbersome. The degree of control and authorization is not easy to control, often resulting in excessive death and rigid control or authorization is too large and out of control. The emergence of project management mode, a better solution to this problem. (See Table 1)
