目的：对里芋提取物在脂肪代谢中的生理活性进行研究。方法：在体外调制动物脂肪细胞，分别进行脂肪分解和脂肪合成实验，后者用１４Ｃ同位素标记法。结果：有效浓度与生理活性呈一定的正比关系，其活性具不耐热性，有效部分为水溶性物质。结论：里芋含有拮抗肾上腺素诱发的脂肪分解和胰岛素类样作用的物质。
OBJECTIVE: To study the physiological activities of Litsea extract in fat metabolism. METHODS: Animal adipocytes were prepared in vitro and subjected to lipolysis and fat synthesis experiments, respectively. The latter was labeled with 14C isotope. RESULTS: The effective concentration was positively correlated with the physiological activity. The activity was not thermotolerant and the effective part was water-soluble. CONCLUSIONS: Lizhi contains substances that antagonize epinephrine-induced lipolysis and insulin-like effects.
