作者通过对长三角地区中型制造业企业的问卷和访谈调查,发现因具备CAx能力的技工型人才缺乏,尽管多数企业信息化的硬件已具备,但没有充分发挥集成化作用,制约了产业升级。基于此,本文认为制造业信息化领域,大学本科和高职院校毕业生就是“技工”的来源,破解“技工荒”靠高等学校和企业互动。学校要准确定位,分型培养,着力满足不同岗位能力需求;要全面认识能力培养的内涵,实现知识、技能、态度的同步提高;要加强素质教育,培养勤奋实干的精神,终身学习的习惯,敢于创新的动力。企业要积极参与人才培养方案设计,主动进行校企结合,履行人才培养职责,并重视职工的上岗、转岗、升级培训,建设学习型组织。
Through questionnaire and interviews with medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, the author found that due to the shortage of skilled workers with CAx capability, although most of the enterprises have the hardware for informationization, they did not give full play to the role of integration and restricted the industrial upgrading. Based on this, this article holds that in the field of manufacturing informatization, graduates of undergraduate and higher vocational colleges are the source of “mechanic”, and break the “shortage of mechanic” by the interaction between colleges and enterprises. To accurately identify the location of the school, focus on training to meet the needs of different positions; to fully understand the connotation of capacity-building, knowledge, skills and attitudes to improve simultaneously; to strengthen quality education, hard work to develop the spirit of lifelong learning habits, Daring to innovate. Enterprises should actively participate in the design of personnel training programs, take the initiative to carry out the combination of school and enterprise, perform the duties of personnel training, and attach importance to the induction of workers, transfer, upgrade training, build learning organization.
