针对新入职大学生的主要问题和特点,结合个体培养目标的岗位实践培训方式,实施新入职大学生见习期课题管理,落实好新员工成长开发工程是很多企业所面临的新课题。如何引导新入职大学生快速成长,是入职大学生职业生涯管理的重要课题。笔者结合近几年来中国南车对新入职大学生实施见习期课题管理的探索和实践,对见习期课题管理方式的内涵、目的、意义及实施方法等方面进行了疏理和探索,旨在通过见习期课题管理方式,引导和促使新入职大学生快速融入企业,具备履职能力,奠定沿着企业人——专业人——事业人——接班人的路径成长基础。
In view of the main problems and characteristics of new college students, combined with the practical training mode of individual training objectives, the implementation of the management of new college graduates probationary period, the implementation of new employee development project is facing many new topics.
