在首都国际机场线东直门站工程监测过程中发现,既有13号地铁车站结构随气温而热胀冷缩的季节性特点对在建车站基坑产生特殊影响,基坑出现了整体的变形。通过第三方监测,切实掌控工程结构和周边环境对象的安全状态变化,及时预警使控制措施有效地进行,保证了工程自身和周边环境的安全。结果表明,第三方监测具有积极的安全保障作用,为类似复杂环境下的深基坑开挖积累了丰富的变形资料,对类似重大工程具有积极的借鉴意义。
During the monitoring of the Dongzhimen station on the Capital International Airport, it was found that the seasonal characteristics of both the structure of No. 13 subway station and the thermal expansion and contraction of the metro station have a special impact on the foundation pit under construction and the overall deformation of the foundation pit has occurred. Through the third-party monitoring, we can effectively control the changes of the safety status of the engineering structure and the surrounding environment objects, timely warning to make the control measures effectively and ensure the safety of the project itself and the surrounding environment. The results show that the third party monitoring has a positive role in safety assurance and has accumulated rich deformation data for excavation of deep foundation pit in similar complicated environment, which has positive reference for similar major projects.
