本文报告70例心脏起搏病人的随访结果:术后1、3、5、7年生存率分别为93.98％、86.02％、82.58％及77.73％,SSS组术后1、3、5、7年生存率均为100％。显著高于A—VB组(P<0.05及0.01),不同年龄组术后不同时期的生存率无显著差别(P<0.05)。影响预后的因素主要有心律失常类型、心脏基本病变、术后随访监测、起搏器质量、安置技术和有无死亡诱因。
This article reports the follow-up results of 70 patients with cardiac pacing: the 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-year survival rates were 93.98%, 86.02%, 82.58% and 77.73% respectively in the SSS group and 1, 3, 5 and 7 years after operation Survival rate was 100%. (P <0.05 and 0.01). There was no significant difference in the survival rates between different age groups after operation (P <0.05). The main prognostic factors include the type of arrhythmia, basic heart disease, postoperative follow-up monitoring, pacemaker quality, placement techniques and the causes of death.
