以2011—2014年参加“国培计划”的四川省小学科学教师为研究对象,从教龄、任教学科、教学模式和对培训内容、主讲教师的期待等方面进行问卷调查,分析其培训的真实需求,并提出实施建议:制定针对性的培训目标;设置多元化的自主选学课程;优化培训模式;组建学习共同体,提升教师“实践性知识”;注重现代信息技术的应用能力;聘请资深的一线教师担任主讲教师。
Taking the primary school science teachers in Sichuan Province who participated in the “Guopai Project” from 2011 to 2014 as the research object, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey from the aspects of teaching age, teaching subjects, teaching mode, expectation on the training content and teachers’ Real needs and put forward suggestions for implementation: to develop targeted training objectives; to set up a diversified course of independent choice of courses; to optimize the training mode; to set up a learning community to enhance teachers’ “practical knowledge”; to pay attention to the application capabilities of modern information technology; Hire senior front-line teachers as lecturers.
