经过不同始锻温度、终锻温度锻造得到TA10钛合金棒材,然后在进行不同温度的退火处理后,采用标准拉伸试样进行拉伸实验和金相实验,研究其显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着始锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从长条状过渡到网篮组织。随着终锻温度的提高,TA10钛合金中α相形态从粗大的α条过渡到片状组织。在始锻温度为950℃时,TA10钛合金的强度和塑性达到较好的匹配,其抗拉强度为638 MPa,断面收缩率为35.1%。在终锻温度为660℃时,TA10钛合金的抗拉强度为663 MPa,断面收缩率为38.8%,强度和塑性匹配较好。
After different initial forging temperature and final forging temperature, the TA10 titanium alloy bar was forged. After being annealed at different temperatures, the tensile test and the metallographic test were carried out by using standard tensile specimens to study the microstructure and mechanical properties . The results show that with the increase of initial forging temperature, the α phase in TA10 titanium alloy changes from long strip to basket. With the increase of the final forging temperature, the α phase morphology in TA10 titanium alloy transforms from coarse α to flaky. At the initial forging temperature of 950 ℃, the strength and plasticity of TA10 titanium alloy achieve a good match, the tensile strength is 638 MPa and the reduction of area is 35.1%. When the final forging temperature is 660 ℃, the tensile strength of TA10 titanium alloy is 663 MPa, the reduction of area is 38.8%, and the strength and plasticity match well.
