为了貫彻大、中、小型企业同时并举的方針,我們會协助綦江县亍冰銅厂进行土法煉銅試驗,从1958年第一季度开始到9月中旬,先后经过120次試驗,在該县、区、厂党祖织的正确领导下,在爐型、配料、操作等各方面作了改进后,终于取得了在小土鼓风爐中連續生产冰銅的初步成功。小土鼓风爐的优点: (一)投资省、建爐快: 建成时間5～6个石工,工作2天; 投资:工人工资12～16元,材料全用天然砂石,上山开采,不花成本; (二)完全是土法,除风箱外(人力、水力、獸力均可),无任何附属设备,因此可以遍地开花; (三)能連續生产冰銅; (四)爐子寿命:泡砂石砌爐5～7天/爐24小时連續生产,白砂石砌爐20天/24小时以上連續生产。
