研制了含有nm级Ag颗粒的葡萄糖氧化酶电极 .结果表明 ,该电极具有很大的响应电流 ,在相同的条件下 ,其响应电流比文献所报导的含有Au或SiO2 的酶电极响应电流大 .当颗粒粒径为 4 .3~ 7.8nm时 ,酶电极响应电流随粒径的增大而增大 ;而当粒径继续增大时 ,其响应电流则随粒径的增大而减小 .对Ag颗粒在酶电极中的作用机理也进行了初步探讨 .
The glucose oxidase electrode containing nm-sized Ag particles was developed.The results show that the electrode has a large response current, and the response current is higher than that reported in the literature containing Au or SiO2 electrode under the same conditions. When the particle size is 4.3 ~ 7.8nm, the response current of enzyme electrode increases with the increase of particle size, while the response current decreases with the increase of particle size when the particle size increases. The mechanism of action of Ag particles in enzyme electrode was also discussed.
