原子核分立能级及其γ衰变分支比子库（ＤＬＳ）的数据取自评价核结构数据库（ＥＮＳＤＦ），并经转换、修订和补充。ＤＬＳ中尽可能地保留了ＥＮＳＤＦ的有关信息，同时发展了ＤＬＳ的管理－检索程序系统，包括单核及中子反应２种检索方式，并可按照用户的需要从整个能级纲图中选取所要求的能级及γ射线。
