绩效评估作为提高公务员绩效的重要工具显得越来越重要。但在现实中,我国公务员绩效评估还存在许多问题,如忽视工作分析、缺乏科学的评估标准、评估主体选择不合理、缺少及时的沟通等等,以致绩效评估的作用难以有效发挥出来,甚至走向反面。因此,对我国公务员的绩效评估,必须进行科学的工作分析、设计科学的标准、选择合适的评估者、并进行及时沟通。
Performance evaluation as an important tool to improve the performance of civil servants is more and more important. However, in reality, there are still many problems in the performance evaluation of civil servants in our country, such as neglect of job analysis, lack of scientific evaluation criteria, unreasonable choice of subject, lack of timely communication and so on, so that the role of performance appraisal can not be effectively brought out or even moved Opposite.
