龚咀水电站高85米的重力壩,在大部分纵缝处于张开状态下蓄水发电、安全运行了七年。在不中断发电的高水位下,该壩于1978年完成了纵缝高压灌浆。本文总结和论述了这项工作理论研究和实践经验中的基本问题。这项研究工作的特点是,该壩具有大量的第一性原体实测资料,作为对理论工作的可靠验证;研究成果已经付诸实践,经过了该壩工程实践的检验。本项工作的意义在于,它为简化混凝土温度控制和纵缝灌浆,特别是为加速高壩建建、缩短水电建设周期提供了有益的借鉴和经验。
Gengzui Hydropower Station 85 meters high gravity dam, most of the longitudinal seam in the open state of storage power generation, safe operation for seven years. The dam completed high pressure grouting in 1978 without interrupting power generation. This paper summarizes and discusses the basic problems in the work theory research and practical experience. The research work is characterized by the fact that the dam has a large amount of first-principle measured data as a reliable verification of theoretical work. The research results have been put into practice and the test of the dam’s engineering practice has been carried out. The significance of this work is that it provides a useful reference and experience for simplifying temperature control of concrete and longitudinal grouting, especially for accelerating the construction of high dam and shortening the construction period of hydropower.
