我校是1986年建立的职业中学。职业中学在培养目标上与普通中学相比,具有明显的职业定向性。因而职中德育工作内容,不仅与普中有共同之处,而且还包括与将来从事的职业生活有关的道德要求。因此,怎样把社会对公民的职业道德要求和“中学生行为规范”化为职业中学学生的基本品德素质,是我们职业中学教育工作者应当完成的重要任务。现将我们在实践中摸索的几点做法和体会介绍如 Our school is a professional middle school established in 1986. Compared with ordinary middle schools, vocational middle schools have obvious occupational orientation in their training goals. Therefore, the content of vocational education in China will not only have commonalities with Puzhong, but also include the moral requirements related to the professional life in the future. Therefore, how to transform society’s professional ethics requirements for citizens and “standards for students’ behavior” into the basic qualities of students in vocational middle schools is an important task that our professional middle school educators should accomplish. Here are some of the practices and experiences we have explored in practice.
