为解决运输、行人较为频繁等原因导致风机机站难以设置的问题,依据矿用空气幕引射风流原理,通过理论推导与分析,提出应用矿用空气幕替代风机机站的新方法。以某大型机械化地下金属矿山为例,应用矿井三维通风系统软件快速、有效、可靠地建立矿井通风网络仿真模型,并对通风网络进行解算,确定最优空气幕型号与最佳安装位置。技术方案实施后,100m中段回风井联络道风量由最初进28.12m3/s转变为出8.42 m3/s,有效解决了污风反向问题,克服了大断面、大压差运输巷道内不掘绕道、不安装风门设置风机机站的技术难点,通风效果和作业环境得到明显改善。
In order to solve the problem that the wind turbine station is difficult to set due to frequent transportation and pedestrians, a new method of replacing the wind turbine with a mine air curtain is proposed based on the theory of air curtain induced by the mining air curtain.
