目的 :探讨新生儿无插管气管切开术的方法及可行性。方法 :回顾性分析 1998年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月我院住院新生儿 5例 ,因原发病无法气管插管而行气管切开术的临床资料。结果 :5例患儿均成功进行了气管切开术 ,1例术后因严重的呼吸循环衰竭死亡 ,4例原发病解除后 1期拔管出院。结论 :及时把握手术时机 ,严格规范操作 ,动作准确轻柔 ,是手术成功的关键 ,术后加强护理是必要的
Objective: To explore the feasibility and feasibility of intubated tracheotomy in neonates. Methods: A retrospective analysis of March 1998 ~ March 2002 hospital inpatient neonates in 5 cases, because of the original disease can not tracheotomy tracheotomy clinical data. Results: Tracheotomy was successfully performed in all 5 cases. One case died of severe respiratory failure after operation, and one case was extubated after discharge of the primary one. Conclusion: It is necessary to grasp the timing of surgery, strictly regulate the operation, accurate and gentle movements, which is the key to successful operation.
