教师专业化是当今世界倍受关注的热点问题。国内外有关专家从教师专业化的历史进程、政策体制改革、教师教育、师范教育、师资队伍培养、在职教师培训等方面不同程度地对教师专业化发展的问题进行了积极的研究和探索,并取得了可喜的成绩。实践证明,在教师专业化发展的进程中,教师科研起着至关重要的作用。它能使广大中小学教师真正成为研究者,中小学教师队伍专业化更有赖于教师科研。教师科研能够提高教师素质,促进教师专业成长。总而言之,教师科研对教师专业化发展有着重要的现实意义。
Teachers’ specialization is a hot issue in the world today.
