近几年来国内对于人参有效成分的研究已有不少报道。据国外报道,人参根皂甙有雄性激素样作用。人参地上部份花、果、茎、叶含有与根相同的皂甙,其药理作用也相类似,但迄今为止未见报道,本文对此进行了一些初步探讨,现将实验结果报道于下。一、雄性激素样作用选体重为9～14g的幼年雄性小鼠。用乙醚麻醉,切除两侧睾丸,手术后第7天随机分为3组。对照组给生理盐水;给药组皮下注射人参茎叶皂
In recent years, there have been many reports on the research of active ingredients of ginseng in China. According to foreign reports, ginseng root saponins have androgenic hormone-like effects. Some flowers, fruits, stems and leaves of Ginseng root contain the same saponins as the roots, and their pharmacological effects are similar. However, no reports have been reported so far. This article has carried out some preliminary discussions. The experimental results are reported below. Male hormone-like effects Young male mice weighing 9-14 g were selected. Anesthetize with ether and excise testes on both sides. Randomly divide them into 3 groups on the 7th day after surgery.
