对连续变截面板进行了拉伸和拉深试验,测定连续变截面板的力学性能和成形性能指标。研究发现:随着厚度差的增大,拉伸试验中连续变截面板的伸长率有所降低,但仍具有较高的延伸性,且随着厚度差进一步增加会出现二次断裂现象;拉深试验中连续变截面板的极限拉深比随厚度差的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,而最小压边力增大,最大工作载荷减小。
Tensile and draw-off tests on continuous variable section panels were carried out to determine the mechanical properties and forming performance of continuous variable section panels. The results show that with the increase of thickness difference, the elongation of continuous variable section panel decreases with the increase of thickness difference, but it still has higher extensibility, and the secondary fracture appears with the increase of thickness difference. In deep drawing test, the ultimate drawing ratio of continuous variable section panel first increases and then decreases with the increase of thickness difference, while the minimum blank holder force increases and the maximum working load decreases.
