通过多年的教学经验以及学习总结,本文从自身经历出发,结合多个案例,以新视野审视初中语文课堂,从不同的角度看待学生与教师之间的课堂对话。根据对自身教学的经验总结、学习探究以及众多案例的思考,文中提出了几种提高教师课堂交流能力的途径,希望此文可以对新时代下初中语文教师的教学有一定的启发,真正实现民主平等、教学相长的新型师生关系。
Through years of teaching experience and learning summary, this article, starting from its own experience, combined with a number of cases, examines the junior middle school language classroom with a new perspective and looks at the classroom dialogue between students and teachers from different perspectives. According to the summarization of their own teaching experience, study and exploration, as well as many cases of thinking, the paper proposed several ways to improve teachers’ ability to communicate in the classroom. I hope this article can inspire the teaching of junior high school Chinese teachers in a new era and truly achieve democracy Equal, teaching a new relationship between teachers and students.
