目的验证Twin-block矫正器对生长发育期的骨性安氏Ⅱ类错的牙合及骨改建能力。方法选择2010年6月~2015年6月到沈河区牙病防治所就诊的生长发育期骨性安氏Ⅱ类错畸形下颌后缩患者28例,通过戴用Twin-blocks功能矫正器6~9个月,治疗前后的X线头影测量及测量结果的统计学配对t检验处理。结果 Twin-blocks功能矫正器戴用前后,SNB角差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SNA角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),下1-MP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长发育期骨性安氏Ⅱ类错患者通过戴用Twin-blocks功能矫治器,能够有效促进下颌向前生长,而不是导致下切牙唇侧倾斜,对上颌没有明显的限制生长作用。
Objective To verify the ability of Twin-block orthodontics to modify skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion and bone remodeling during growth and development. Methods From June 2010 to June 2015, 28 patients with mandibular retrusion of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion undergoing dental treatment in Dental Clinic of Shenhe District were enrolled in this study. Twelve to six Months, before and after treatment of X-cephalometry and measurement results of the statistical paired t test. Results The SNB angle of Twin-blocks orthodontic appliance before and after wearing was statistically significant (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in SNA angle (P> 0.05) ). Conclusions Growth and development of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion patients with Twin-blocks appliance can effectively promote the forward growth of the mandible, rather than incline the lower incisors’ labial margins and have no obvious restriction on the maxillary growth.
