实验教学质量评价不仅是教育决策的依据,也是实验教学达到预期效果的有力保证,对实际教学过程也起着较强的导向作用。我国高职基础医学教育实验教学一直缺乏系统科学的教学质量评价体系,目前,国内各医学院校对教师进行的教学质量评价仍主要以理论课为主,实验教学的监控体系常常形式死板,内容单一,只注重实验教师的教学过程,忽视了实验教师对的教学效果和教学能力方面的表现。为了适应我国实验教学评价技术的不断发展和医学实验教学模式的转变,本研究提出了建立医学实验课课堂教学质量评价指标体系的研究构想。
