高职教育中对学生素质的关注度越来越高,本文从高职学生素质存在的问题入手,介绍了鼓励引导法在个人班主任工作中的运用以及需要注意的方面。提出教师的责任心和鼓励是促进学生养成教育中的关键。随着高等教育大众化的趋势,要求高职院校一方面能够完成正常的教学工作,同时也要求高职学生能够掌握足够的实践操作技能。学校和教师往往在各种任务和检查中忙得无所适从,投入到学生素质养成中的时间和精力也就很有限,亟需一些行之有效的方法来改善学生各方面的素质。
Higher vocational education is more and more concerned about the quality of students. This paper starts with the problems existing in the quality of students in higher vocational colleges, and introduces the application of encouragement and guidance in the work of individual class teachers and the aspects that need attention. Proposing teachers ’sense of responsibility and encouragement is the key to promoting students’ education. With the trend of popularization of higher education, higher vocational colleges are required to complete the normal teaching work on the one hand, and also require vocational students to master enough practical skills. Schools and teachers are often overwhelmed by various tasks and inspections. The time and energy devoted to the cultivation of students’ qualities are also very limited. Some effective methods are urgently needed to improve the quality of students in all aspects.
