小冲杆试验技术可以近似无损地测试材料的力学性能。本文对几十种材料进行了小冲杆试验研究,对小冲杆试样的轴向挠度δ与拉伸断后伸长率A进行了经验关联。研究表明,对于试验中涉及的几十种材料,二者之间没有统一的线性相关公式,但可以按材料的抗拉强度和屈强比将材料分类,然后分别对δ和A进行线性关联。对于抗拉强度小于600MPa的材料,可按屈强比为0.67将材料分为两类,分别构成两个线性经验公式。而对于抗拉强度大于600MPa的材料,尚没有找到明显的规律。
Small punch test technology can be approximately non-destructive test material mechanical properties. In this paper, dozens of materials were small-punch test study of the small punch specimen axial deflection δ and the tensile elongation after the test A correlation. The results show that there are no uniform linear correlation formulas for the tens of materials involved in the experiment. However, the materials can be classified according to the tensile strength and yield ratio of the material, and then the δ and A are respectively linearly related. For materials with tensile strength less than 600MPa, the materials can be classified into two types according to the yield ratio of 0.67, which respectively form two linear empirical formulas. For materials with a tensile strength greater than 600 MPa, no obvious pattern has yet been found.
