经历长期磨难的俄罗斯经济,目前正在走出低谷。今年5月,俄罗斯的工业产值比1998年同期增长了61％,其中化学、石油、纸浆、建材和黑色金属工业的增幅均超过7％,有些达到11％。今年一季度,俄罗斯外贸出现了62亿美元顺差,而去年同期仅2亿美元,外界预计,今年俄罗斯的经济增长可超出3％。但前提是必须保持目前的增长水平。
The Russian economy, experiencing protracted suffering, is currently exiting the trough. In May this year, Russia’s industrial output value increased by 61% over the same period of 1998, of which the chemical, oil, pulp, building materials and ferrous metals industries both grew more than 7% and some 11%. In the first quarter of this year, Russia’s foreign trade hit a surplus of 6.2 billion U.S. dollars, up from only 200 million U.S. dollars in the same period of last year. It is estimated by the outside world that the economic growth in Russia will exceed 3% this year. However, the premise is that we must maintain the current level of growth.
