本研究对组织的创新过程进行深入研究,提出从组织创新战略到激发个体创新行为以及个体创新行为产生组织创新绩效的过程中应该存在两次自上而下(分)和两次自下而上(合)的四个过程。并基于该过程提炼出三元融合动态目标的概念,探索个体如何通过建立新的三元融合动态目标,有效的将组织战略转化为个体创新行为,再转化为组织创新绩效,对组织层面的创新战略和员工个体层面的创新行为进行了跨层次的理论构建。
This research deeply studies the innovation process of the organization, proposes that there should be two top-down (points) and two-times bottom-up in the process of from organizational innovation strategy to stimulate individual innovation behavior and individual innovation behavior to produce organizational innovation performance (Together) of the four processes. And based on this process, the concept of ternary fusion dynamic target is extracted to explore how individuals can effectively transform organizational strategy into individual innovation behavior, and then into organizational innovation performance by establishing a new dynamic target of ternary fusion, Strategy and employee innovation at the individual level across the theoretical construction.
