The 15th International Symposium on Geological History of Science will be held in Beijing from October 25 to 31, 1990, when the seventh annual meeting of the Geological History Research Association of China Geological Society will be held. A second notice was issued in early April. The seminar will take the history of the exchange of geoscience ideas between the east and west as the theme. During the conference, there will be a commemorative event marking the 120th anniversary of Professor A.G. Gelip’s three-day field trip.
