通讯员牟发章报道国家林业局局长贾治邦在重庆召开的全国森林资源管理工作会议上透露,到“十二五”期末,我国林地保有量将增加到3.09亿hm2,森林面积将达到2.07亿hm2,森林植被总碳储量达到84亿t。要实现上述目标,必须坚持深化改革,构建森林资源管理新体制。
Correspondent Mou Fazhang State Forestry Administration Jia Zhibang held in Chongqing National Forest Resources Management Conference revealed that by the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, China’s forest land holdings will increase to 3.09 billion hm2, the forest area will reach 207 million hm2, Total carbon storage in forest vegetation reached 8.4 billion tons. To achieve the above goals, we must persist in deepening the reform and building a new system of forest resources management.
