为了研究光照、温度对西藏野生披碱草属(Elymus)牧草品种的影响,明确其适宜萌发条件,试验采用二因素完全随机设计法,以西藏三种披碱草属野生牧草[披碱草(Elymusdahuricus)、老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)和垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)]为研究对象,探讨了不同光照、温度对种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:在15,20,25,30℃恒温培养条件下,三种野生披碱草属牧草种子均有较高的发芽率;25℃为披碱草、老芒麦种子萌发的最适宜温度;30℃为垂穗披碱草种子萌发的最适宜温度;在适宜温度范围内种子萌发指标值较高,幼苗生长好。光照条件对垂穗披碱草种子萌发的影响较小,披碱草、老芒麦种子萌发的需光性为不敏感(中性)。说明垂穗披碱草适宜在我国高温、短日照地区生长;而披碱草和老芒麦适宜在我国低温、长日照地区生长。
In order to study the effects of light and temperature on the wild Elymus species in Tibet, the suitable germination conditions were determined. Two-factor completely randomized design method was used in this experiment. Three species of Elymus species Elymus dahuricus, Elymus sibiricus and Elymus nutans were studied to study the effects of different light and temperature on the seed germination characteristics. The results showed that under the conditions of 15, 20, 25 and 30 ℃, the germination rate of three species of wild Elymus forage was higher. The optimal temperature for germination of Elymus dahurica and Elymus ssp ; 30 ℃ is the most suitable temperature for the seed germination of Elymus nutans; seed germination index value is higher in the suitable temperature range, seedling growth is good. Light conditions had less effect on the seed germination of Elymus nutans, while the echogenicity of Elymus dahurica and Elymus sibiricus seeds was insensitive (neutral). Elymus nutans suitable for growing in China’s high temperature, short sunshine area; and Elymnus sibiricus suitable for growing in China’s low temperature, long sunshine areas.
