目前旅游业存在巨大的就业空间,而职业院校旅游管理专业学生在就业时却明显呈现“低进入率和高流失率”的现象。形成这种不协调现状的原因有很多,比如旅游职业教育模式及教育质量问题、学生自身的就业观及就业能力问题、旅游企业人才需求及用人机制问题等。本文通过分析当前职业院校旅游管理专业学生就业存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以此为提升学生就业率和就业质量提供良策。
At present, there is huge employment space in tourism industry, while the tourism management students in vocational colleges show obvious “low entry rate and high turnover rate” when they are employed. There are many reasons for the formation of such an uncoordinated status quo, such as tourism vocational education model and the quality of education, the students’ employment concept and employability, the needs of tourism enterprises and the employment mechanism. This article analyzes the existing problems in the employment of tourism management students in vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding solutions, which can provide good strategies for improving the employment rate and employment quality of students.
