灰土是我国常用的一种建筑材料,来源广,价格低,操作简单,效果良好,被广泛用于基础工程、地基处理等方面,特别在湿陷性黄土地区更显示出它的优越性。灰土的用途主要是利用其抗压强度来提高基础或地基的承载能力,灰土的抗压强度与石灰用量、石灰质量、土的类别与粒径、干容重、含水率及龄期等有密切关系,见表1。要达到灰土的设计强度,必须使影响灰土抗压强度的诸因素同时达到最佳状态。一、石灰与土的作用原理生石灰与潮湿土混合后,主要发生以下几种物理化学反应:
