目的探讨自由基损伤与老年聋之间的关系;方法应用TBA比色法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测了66例老年聋患者血清中过氧化脂质含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性;结果老年聋患者血清过氧化脂质含量显著高于健康对照组(P<001),而超氧化物歧化酶活性却显著低于健康对照组,并且这种改变与听力丧失程度呈正相关。结论老年聋患者脂质过氧化作用较强,自由基损伤是造成老年聋的重要原因之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between free radical damage and senile deafness.Methods Serum lipid peroxidation and superoxide dismutase activity were measured in 66 senile deaf patients by TBA colorimetry and xanthine oxidase method. The level of serum lipid peroxidation in patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <001), while the activity of superoxide dismutase was significantly lower than that in healthy controls. And this change was positively correlated with the degree of hearing loss. Conclusion Elderly patients with deafness have stronger lipid peroxidation, and free radical damage is one of the important causes of senile deafness.
