The working principle of the scraper type sand washer is that the motor shifts the speed through the worm gear reducer, and the two discs on the worm gear shaft drive the connecting rod to reciprocate, and the scraper also follows the reciprocating motion to perform sand washing and wash. The sand pushes out the sand washing tank (see Figure 1). This type of sand washer is a variable speed drive. For each revolution of the disc, the acceleration at the joint between the disc and the connecting rod has two zero points. Therefore, when the sand washer is in operation, the operator does not pay much attention and adds a little sand. There was a phenomenon of “stingy car”.
