1.存在的缺陷根据用户要求,我厂自行设计制造的3t侧面叉车配置了空调系统。该空调系统由冷凝器罩3、冷凝器4、过滤器6、压缩机7、蒸发器8组成,如图1所示。压缩机7由发动机曲轴胶带轮驱动,其通过电信号控制压缩机7离合器的接合与分离来控制空调系统的运行。用户反映该空调系统存在以下缺陷:一是空调系统制冷效果不理想,冷凝器散热效果不良;二是冷凝器散热风向存在缺陷,热风不能及时排出,有部分热风回流,影响散热;三是空调系统与发动机
1. Existing defects According to user requirements, our factory designed and manufactured 3t side forklift equipped with air conditioning system. The air conditioning system consists of a condenser cover 3, a condenser 4, a filter 6, a compressor 7 and an evaporator 8, as shown in FIG. 1. The compressor 7 is driven by an engine crankshaft tape pulley, which controls the operation of the air conditioning system by controlling the engagement and disengagement of the clutches of the compressor 7 by electrical signals. Users said the air conditioning system has the following defects: First, the air conditioning system cooling effect is not satisfactory, the condenser cooling effect is poor; Second, the condenser cooling wind direction defects, hot air can not be discharged in time, some hot air back to affect cooling; Third air conditioning system With engine
