从132对SSR标记筛选出32对具有稳定多态性的引物,对3个玉米自交系K305、K169和698-3的118个航天诱变SP3株系进行遗传变异分析。结果表明,在3个自交系的诱变后代中分别检测到129、154、181个等位基因变异,每对引物分别检测出1~13、1~12、2~9个等位基因,平均每对引物分别检测到3.96、4.63、5.00个;每个位点的多态信息量(PIC)平均为0.501、0.587、0.708,变幅分别为0.061~0.930、0.129~0.935、0.092~0.914;与各自对照的遗传相似系数平均值分别为0.689 4、0.792 4、0.741 7,变幅分别为0.604 7~0.782 9、0.649 4~0.889 6、0.624 3~0.854 6。UPGMA聚类分析以0.75为尺度,将3个自交系的诱变株系分成4、5、6类。航天搭载可创造丰富的遗传变异,拓宽原品种的遗传基础,对不同玉米自交系的诱变效果存在差异,K305诱变效果最为明显,698-3次之,这些遗传变异与农艺性状有关。
Thirty - two pairs of SSR markers were screened from 132 SSR markers for genetic variation analysis of 118 space - mutagenized SP3 lines from three maize inbred lines K305, K169 and 698-3. The results showed that 129,154,181 alleles were detected in the mutants of three inbred lines, and each primer pair detected 1 ~ 13, 1 ~ 12, 2 ~ 9 alleles, The average number of polymorphic information per locus (PIC) was 0.501,0.587,0.708, with amplitudes of 0.061-0.930, 0.129-0.935 and 0.092-0.914, respectively. The average values of genetic similarity coefficient with their respective controls were 0.689 4, 0.792 4 and 0.741 7, respectively, and their amplitudes were 0.604 7 ~ 0.782 9,0.649 4 ~ 0.889 6,0.624 3 ~ 0.854 6, respectively. According to UPGMA cluster analysis, the mutants of three inbred lines were divided into 4, 5 and 6 lines on the scale of 0.75. Aerospace carrying can create rich genetic variation, broaden the genetic basis of the original varieties, different maize inbred lines have different mutagenic effects, K305 mutagenic effect most obvious, 698-3 times, these genetic variations and agronomic traits.
