本文论述了收文“答复”程序的设置既是公文信息系统自身优化的内在要求,也是当前服务型政府建设中强化行政回应性的一种重要举措,分析了收文答复与行政回应性的关系,强调收文答复的内容与形式均应符合行政回应的实效性要求。
This paper discusses that the setting of the receipt “reply ” program is not only the inherent requirement of the document information system itself, but also an important measure to enhance the administrative responsiveness in the current service - oriented government construction.
