电磁信号是影响电火工品安全性、可靠性的重要因素.为研究高频电磁感应电流对LD-14桥丝的影响,提出一种基于隧道磁阻效应的非接触式电火工品感应电流检测方法,采用隧道磁阻探头精确检测桥丝式电火工品感应电流所产生的场强变化间接测量感应电流的大小,按照火工品的安全性评价方法,模拟了电磁辐射环境,搭建试验装置对该火工品进行测试.试验结果显示该型号桥丝式电火工品在电磁辐射环境中谐振频点处感应电流值最大,且在谐振频点处时,桥丝式电磁感应电流值与电磁辐射环境中场强值近似呈现正相关,在最大敏感频率点350 MHz,当场强达到45 V/m时即达到安全电流值50 mA,可以有效对电火工品的安全性进行预测.
