目的观察狂犬病患者心肌酶的变化情况,利用心肌酶的早期升高来辅佐早期诊断狂犬病。方法对我院2010年1月~2013年12月收治的36例狂犬病患者进行入院时检查心肌酶,并对检查结果进行分析。结果所有患者在病程第1~2d有低热、精神倦怠;恐水怕风多出现在第2~3d以后。所有患者均有不同程度的心酶升高,随着病程的延长,心肌酶各项指标增高越明显;心酶异常达94.4%。结论低热、精神倦怠、恐水、怕风是狂犬病的临床表现,心肌酶可以作为普通及基层医院辅佐诊断狂犬病的生化学依据。
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes in rabies patients and to use the early increase of myocardial enzymes to assist the early diagnosis of rabies. Methods 36 cases of rabies admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were inspected for myocardial enzymes and the results were analyzed. Results All patients in the course of 1 ~ 2d have low fever, mental fatigue; fear of fear of the wind more than the first 2 ~ 3d. All patients had different levels of cardiolipinia, with the prolongation of duration, the more obvious increase of various indexes of myocardial enzymes; cardiogram abnormalities reached 94.4%. Conclusions Low fever, mental fatigue, fear of water and fear of wind are the clinical manifestations of rabies. Myocardial enzymes can serve as the biochemical basis for adjuvant diagnosis of rabies in both general and primary hospitals.
