电液控制阀组是阀控耦合器核心部件,为确保电液控制阀组满足阀控耦合器的工作要求,采用AMESim仿真和实验的方法对阀控耦合器控制阀组的性能进行研究。在考虑了长径比对阻尼孔流量系数的影响以及实际平板阀芯受力的基础上,构建了阀组仿真模型。主要对仿真和实验结果中的最小开启压力和响应时间进行了比较研究,研究结果表明阀组开启压力实验值比仿真值大许多,而阀芯响应时间实验值也比仿真值长许多。
Electro-hydraulic control valve group is the key component of valve control coupler. To ensure that the electro-hydraulic control valve group meets the work requirements of valve control coupler, AMESim simulation and experimental methods are used to study the performance of valve control coupler control valve group. Based on the consideration of the influence of the aspect ratio on the flow coefficient of the orifice and the actual force of the plain spool, a valve train simulation model was constructed. The comparison between the minimum cracking pressure and the response time in the simulation and experimental results is made. The experimental results show that the valve opening pressure experimental value is much larger than the simulation value, while the valve spool response time experimental value is much longer than the simulation value.
