项目质量管理就是为确保项目达到其质量目标所进行的一系列活动,包括质量策划、质量控制与处置和质量改进等。在目前的大型项目建设中,业主越来越多的采用“业主+PMC+EPC”的管理模式组织项目建设。参与项目建设的每一方的质量管理都可分为以下几个过程,即启动—计划—执行—控制—收尾。实践中,业主、PMC、监理单位、EPC等参建单位由于所处的角色不同,对工程质量管理的分工也不同。因此在项目的质量管理中理顺每一方的质量管理工作内容对项目质量的目标达到与否起到了至关重要的作用。
Project Quality Management is a series of activities to ensure the project meets its quality objectives, including quality planning, quality control and disposal and quality improvement. In the current large-scale project construction, more and more owners adopt the “owners + PMC + EPC” management model to organize project construction. The quality management of each party participating in the project construction can be divided into the following processes: start-plan-execute-control-closeout. In practice, owners, PMCs, supervision units, EPCs and other participating units have different roles in engineering quality management due to their different roles. Therefore, in the project quality management to streamline the quality management of each party content of the project to achieve the goal of quality has played a crucial role.
