目的建立疾病预防控制机构工作量化考核模式,探讨科学、客观、公平、公正的工作量化考核评价方法。方法根据《疾病预防控制工作规范》及疾病预防控制机构的工作职能,按照卫生行政部门下达的年度工作任务和工作量化指标,制定本单位工作量化考核的内容和细则,并下发应用实施。结果通过工作量化考核评价,能够较全面、客观、科学和准确地反映出疾病预防控制机构各科室各部门的工作质量情况,便于科室部门间的横向比较和不同年度的纵向比较。结论实施工作量化考核评价,有利于提高职工的素质、责任心和荣誉感,全面提升管理工作能力。
Objective To establish a quantitative assessment model for the work of disease prevention and control institutions and to explore a quantitative and appraisal method for work-based assessment that is scientific, objective, fair and just. Methods According to the “disease prevention and control work norms” and the disease prevention and control institutions of the work functions, according to the annual administrative tasks and work assigned by the health administrative departments to quantify indicators, work out the content of the work unit quantitative assessment and rules, and issued the application. The results of the assessment through the work of quantitative assessment can be more comprehensive, objective, scientific and accurate reflection of the disease prevention and control agencies in various departments and departments of the work quality, facilitate cross-departmental departments and vertical comparison of different years. Conclusion The implementation of quantitative assessment of work is conducive to improving the quality of workers, sense of responsibility and sense of honor, and comprehensively enhance the management ability.
