引言人们收看电视时,希望电源接通后能立刻看到图象,这就要求显象管具有“快速起动”的功能,而这一功能是用阴极加热起动时间Tkw这一参数做定量描述的。本文将通过阴极升温发射特性曲线的分析指出决定Tkw的“零发射结构区”及“温度限制发射工艺区”,并对Tkw的定义及测量方法进行了讨论与阐述。最后指出阴极组件设计的指导思想及Tkw参数不合格品产生的“结构缺欠”与“工艺缺欠”,并归纳出影响Tkw的诸因素。
