马丁和怀特所建立的评价理论是当前学界最前沿的理论之一,然而在运用该理论进行语言实例分析时,由于语言使用本身的复杂性,对某些评价现象的界定存在一定的模糊性。本文拟从判断和鉴赏这两个评价子系统的界定标准出发,通过实例分析与论证,指出在对判断和鉴赏的界定中存在一种错位现象:即根据定义,原本应该是判断的,实际上却是鉴赏;而原本应该是鉴赏的,实际上却是判断。在此基础之上,本文分析这种错位现象的成因,并尝试提出一种新的判断、鉴赏界定标准,从而为判断和鉴赏提供一个更为精细的划分。
The evaluation theory established by Martin and White is one of the most advanced theories in current academic circles. However, due to the complexity of language use, there is a certain ambiguity in the definition of certain evaluation phenomena when using this theory to analyze language examples. Based on the judgment criteria of the two evaluation subsystems, this paper attempts to point out that there is a dislocation phenomenon in the definition of judgment and appreciation through examples analysis and demonstration: that is, by definition, it should be judgment, It is appreciated; but should have been appreciated, in fact, it is to judge. On this basis, this article analyzes the causes of this misplaced phenomenon and attempts to propose a new judgment, appreciation of the definition of the standard, so as to provide a more refined division of judgment and appreciation.
