财政监督是经济监督体系的重要组成部分，对依法治国的推进具有重要意义。但是，我国财政监督机制仍不完善，监督机制在运行之中存在诸多问题，强调财政监督机制完善的必要性与紧迫性。本文立足于财政监督机制运行中存在的问题，有针对性、建设性的提出了若干措施。
