聚烯烃材料对单晶N型太阳能组件抗PID效应影响的研究

太阳能电池组件长期运行稳定性,决定着整个系统中光伏发电的效率及成本。对于晶体硅太阳能电池组件而言,PID效应可以使组件输出功率衰减20%以上,甚至达到90%以上。本文重点研究高体电阻率封装材料对组件抗PID效应的贡献。
