目的:了解门急诊不合理用药情况并提出对策。方法:对桂林市中医院2004年1月～2006年9月门急诊不合理用药处方进行统计、分析。结果:不合理用药处方占所审核处方的0.44%;不合理用药主要体现在用药方法不当、重复给药、剂量不合理、溶媒使用不当、药理拮抗和配伍不当等方面。结论:应针对存在的问题制定诸如加强临床药师培训、增进药师与医师交流、培养细致的工作作风等措施。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the unreasonable medication situation in outpatient and emergency department and to put forward countermeasures. Methods: Statistics and analysis were made on the unreasonable medication prescriptions of emergency department of Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2004 to September 2006. Results: The unreasonable prescriptions accounted for 0.44% of the audited prescriptions. Irrational medication was mainly manifested in improper medication, repeated administration, unreasonable dose, improper use of solvent, antagonism of pharmacology and improper compatibility. Conclusions: Measures such as strengthening the training of clinical pharmacists, enhancing exchanges between pharmacists and physicians and cultivating meticulous work style should be formulated according to the existing problems.
