目的:采用不同对照品测定不同产地及不同部位的亚贡叶中总酚酸的含量。方法:选用绿原酸和咖啡酸为对照品,利用紫外分光光度计通过测定吸光度计算不同产地及不同部位的亚贡叶中总酚酸的含量。结果:不同产地及不同部位亚贡叶中总酚酸的含量有所差异。结论:亚贡叶总酚酸的含量测定可作为亚贡叶的质量控制和定量分析指标之一。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total phenolic acids in Ya Gong leaves from different habitats and different parts by using different reference substances. Methods: Chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were selected as reference materials. The total phenolic acids content in Ya Gong leaves of different producing areas and different parts were calculated by measuring the absorbance by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results: The contents of total phenolic acids in the leaves of Aconitum were different in different regions and locations. Conclusion: The determination of total phenolic acids content in Aconitum can be used as one of the quality control and quantitative analysis indicators of Aconitum.
