目的了解ICU医护人员的压力来源,寻求有效的应对措施。方法采取谈话的模式以及参照有关文献自制的调查表进行问卷调查。结果担心工作中出现差错是ICU医护人员的首要压力来源,高强度的工作负荷、频繁的倒班、特殊的工作环境、复杂的人际关系及待遇不公都是其压力来源。结论采取正确的应对措施有助于减轻其压力,提高医疗护理质量。
Objective To understand the sources of pressure on ICU medical staff and seek effective countermeasures. Methods Talking mode was adopted and questionnaire was made with reference to the self-made questionnaire. Results Worried that mistakes in work are the primary source of stress for ICU staff, high stressful workload, frequent shifts, special working conditions, complicated relationships and unfair treatment are all sources of stress. Conclusion The correct measures to take help to reduce their stress and improve the quality of medical care.
