目的研究没食子有效部位对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用三硝基苯磺酸和乙醇复合方法制备大鼠UC模型,经病理切片证实造模成功后,随机分为没食子有效部位高、低剂量组和模型组、柳氮磺吡啶组。灌胃给药20 d后,评价大鼠结肠黏膜损伤程度(CMDI);检测体重、肠重指数和免疫器官重量指数的变化;检测大鼠结肠组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性。结果没食子有效部位高剂量组溃疡均完全愈合,与模型组比较,没食子有效部位高、低剂量组结肠组织中SOD显著增高(P<0.01),MPO显著降低(P<0.01)。结论没食子有效部位对大鼠UC有明显的治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of effective portion of Gracilis on ulcerative colitis (UC) rats. Methods UC rat model was prepared by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid and ethanol combination. After pathological examination confirmed the success of modeling, rats were randomly divided into high and low dose group and model group, and the sulfasalazine group. After 20 days of intragastric administration, the degree of colonic mucosal injury (CMDI) in rats was evaluated. The changes of body weight, intestinal mass index and immune organ weight index were measured. The expressions of superoxide dismutase (SOD), myeloperoxidase Enzyme (MPO) activity. Results The ulcer of the high-dose group was completely healed. Compared with the model group, the SOD in the high-dose and low-dose group of high-dose and low-dose group was significantly increased (P <0.01) and MPO was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion The effective part of Gallic has significant therapeutic effect on UC in rats.
